In recent years the area of Midtown has seen a complete transformation. Emerging from the amalgamation of Bloomsbury, Holborn, Kings Cross and Fleet Street, we at Reesa have seen Midtown evolve into a district attracting a wide variety of office occupiers, who benefit from its positioning between the West End and the City of London. Traditionally, Midtown is home to the country’s legal profession and incorporates the Inns of Court and the Royal Courts of Justice, yet it has steadily opened its doors to a diverse range of new innovative companies, which stand shoulder to shoulder with the likes of Mishcon de Reya and Olswang. In assisting client moves to Midtown over the past few years we have noticed that at the forefront of this transformation has been the increasing number of high quality modern spec buildings readily available, often found at a cheaper price than in the City.

We have seen Midtown grow from obscurity into one of the fastest growing districts in London and have witnessed the vast improvements of office solutions across the area, and with the injection of Crossrail in 2017 we have every reason to believe Midtown will continue to be ‘Boomtown’.
